Would you like more information about vegan nutrition consultations or personalised support on a plant-based diet? If you’re ready to improve your relationship with food, feel confident in your nutrition, and thrive on a vegan diet, I’m only a few clicks away.
Before reaching out, you may find the answer you’re looking for in the FAQs below. If you still have questions or if you’d like to discuss your goals and see whether we’re a good fit, you’re very welcome to get in touch.
Not sure where to start?
If you’re feeling unsure about vegan nutrition or don’t yet know what kind of support you need, it’s okay. You don’t need to have it all figured out before reaching out.
To help you get clarity, I’ve created a free 12-page vegan nutrition guide designed to answer the most common questions around plant-based eating. In this guide, you’ll learn:
- How to build a balanced vegan diet
- The basics of macronutrients and micronutrients on a vegan diet
- How to avoid common nutrient deficiencies
- Common myths about vegan nutrition, and what actually matters
- How my 1:1 vegan nutrition consultations work
If, after reading it, you feel ready for personalised guidance, you can either book a free discovery call, or explore my online vegan nutrition consultations. This way, you can move at your own pace with no pressure.

Is this right for you?
Who can benefit from vegan nutrition consultations?
These consultations are suitable if you:
- are transitioning to a vegan or plant-based diet
- have been vegan for a while and want to eat more balanced and confidently
- want to avoid common nutrient deficiencies (such as B12 or iron)
- are interested in sustainable weight loss on a vegan diet
- feel confused by conflicting nutrition advice and want clarity
You don’t need to be vegan already — support is adapted to where you are right now.
Do you focus only on weight loss?
No. While weight loss is a common goal for many clients, it’s only one part of the work.
My approach focuses on:
- building balanced, nourishing habits
- supporting long-term health on a vegan diet
- improving energy, satisfaction and confidence with food
Weight changes, when relevant, are addressed in a sustainable and non-restrictive way.
Do I have to be vegan to book an appointment?
Not at all. You don’t need to be fully vegan to work with me.
Many clients are vegetarian, flexitarian, or simply curious about eating more plant-based.
I’m not sure whether you can help me. What should I do?
If you’re unsure, you’re very welcome to get in touch or book a free discovery call so we can briefly discuss your situation and see whether working together makes sense.
Qualifications & professional boundaries
What are your qualifications?
I’m a certified vegan nutritionist, having completed a comprehensive training programme with ecodemy.
I’m not a doctor or a registered dietitian. My role is to provide nutrition education and guidance, not to diagnose or treat medical conditions.
Do you provide meal plans?
No. I don’t provide rigid meal plans, as they’re rarely sustainable long-term.
Instead, I help you:
- improve your current eating habits step by step
- understand how to build balanced vegan meals
- explore practical food ideas, recipes, and simple swaps
- make changes that fit your lifestyle rather than overhaul everything overnight
This approach helps create habits you can actually maintain.
Do you offer support between sessions?
Email support between sessions is available for clients who are working with me over multiple sessions.
For one-off consultations, support is limited to the session itself.
Do you work with pregnant women, children, or people with medical conditions?
No. Nutritional needs differ significantly for:
- pregnant or lactating women
- infants and children
- people with chronic diseases or eating disorders
If this applies to you, I recommend seeking support from a doctor or a registered dietitian specialised in these areas.
Location & languages
Do you offer online vegan nutrition consultations worldwide?
Yes. Consultations are online only and mainly Europe-based, but I’m open to working with clients worldwide.
Sessions are available Monday to Friday, from 10:00 to 19:00 CET.
If you’re in a different time zone, feel free to get in touch and we can see what’s possible.
What languages are consultations available in?
Consultations are available in English or French.
All written materials are provided in English by default.
Booking & payment
Are consultations exclusively online?
Yes. All consultations are conducted online (via Google Meet), so you can receive support from wherever you are.
An initial consultation lasts up to 90 minutes. Follow-up consultations are either 30 or 60 minutes, depending on your needs and goals. You will find more information here.
How do I book a consultation?
If you’re a new client, I recommend starting with a free 15-minute discovery call. This gives us time to discuss your situation, your goals, and confirm whether working together would be a good fit. You can book this directly via this link.
If we decide to move forward, you can then book your first full consultation.
Existing clients usually book follow-up sessions at the end of a consultation or by email.
When do I pay for my appointment?
As per the Terms & Conditions, consultation fees are payable in full at the time of booking, at least 24 hours before the appointment.
How much do consultations cost?
Full pricing details are available on request and can be sent by email. Fees are listed in euros (€) by default. UK-based clients are billed in pounds sterling (£) at the same numerical rate.
Do you offer consultation packages?
Yes. Packages include the initial assessment and up to 8 follow-up sessions, with the option to add extra sessions if needed.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, are non-refundable due to the preparation time involved.
That said, individual circumstances are always considered. You will find more information in the Terms & Conditions.
What happens if I need to reschedule?
If you let me know more than 24 hours in advance, your appointment can be rescheduled at no extra cost.
