Scope of practice

The nutritionist will consider each individual to be unique and will recommend personalised nutrition and lifestyle programmes rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.

Our consultations are NOT a replacement for medical advice and the nutritionist will always refer any client with “red flag” signs or symptoms to their medical professional. The information provided on this website, and during any consultation or event provided by the nutritionist is not a substitute for professional medical advice and/or treatment. More specifically, nutritional counselling does not claim to diagnose, treat or cure any disease.

Please note the following:

  • The degree of benefit obtainable from the consultations may vary between clients with similar health problems and following a similar nutritional therapy programme.
  • Nutrition and lifestyle recommendations will be tailored to support health conditions and/or health concerns identified and agreed between both parties.

Discovery call

The discovery call is free and lasts approximately 20 minutes. It is strongly recommended to assess if/how the nutritionist can help you with your objectives and ensure compatibility before committing to a consultation package.

You are under no obligation to book any consultation package after the call.

Payment terms

Fees must be paid in full via bank transfer before consultations start. You will receive a confirmation email when the payment has been received. Please note that all transactions are final and there are no refunds.
Venga! Nutrition is not responsible for any additional bank fees, interest charges, finance charges, over draft charges, or other fees.

Cancellation policy

  • 24 hours notice is requested for any cancellations. Where possible we will aim to reschedule your session to a mutually convenient date and time, but there is no guarantee that this will always be possible if cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
  • We appreciate that appointments are sometimes accidentally missed and where this happens we will endeavour to rearrange the consultation to a future date. However, if the client doesn’t show up and the nutritionist has not been notified, the consultation will be charged.
  • Being an online service we rely on a working internet connection. If for some reason you are unable to connect as scheduled due to a fault at your end, we will again endeavour to rearrange the consultation to a future date, which may or may not be possible depending on our schedules.
