About Me

Helping you build a balanced, sustainable vegan diet

Hi and welcome! I’m Florence, a certified vegan nutritionist offering online vegan nutrition consultations to help people eat well on a plant-based diet, whether their goal is better balance, improved energy or sustainable weight loss. My approach is practical, supportive and realistic. No rigid meal plans. No diet. Just guidance that fits your life and helps you feel confident in your food choices long term.

My story (and why my approach is different)

I grew up in Paris and later spent over a decade living in London, where I prioritised my career in marketing over my health. Like many people, I knew what I “should” be doing, but translating that into real, lasting habits felt impossible.

As a child, I was a very fussy eater. Vegetables were often forced on me, which slowly shaped an unhealthy relationship with food. As an adult, this showed up as low fibre intake, reliance on ultra-processed foods, and eating mainly for comfort rather than nourishment. My unhealthy habits started to have an impact on my weight but I didn’t know what to do about it.

Over the years, I went to nutritionists online, followed meal plans and recommendations, but I always put back on the weight I initially lost because I used to prioritise fast results instead of sustainability. It’s only when I started to focus on my behaviour behind my eating habits rather than “eating the right thing” that I noticed a real improvement.

The turning point came when I stopped “dieting” and started learning how to eat in a way that was balanced, flexible, and emotionally sustainable. I focused on:

  • improving food quality without restriction
  • understanding emotional and habitual eating
  • letting go of the idea of being on-and-off a diet

This shift led to long-term change: not just weight loss, but a healthier relationship with food overall.

Why going vegan changed everything

I went vegan in January 2021. Initially, it was a personal challenge, a way to rethink my habits, values, and relationship with food. What surprised me most was how much better I felt. My energy levels improved, digestion felt lighter, and meals stopped leaving me sluggish. Cooking more and relying on whole plant foods helped me reconnect with eating in a positive way.

Going vegan wasn’t about rules or restriction, it was about learning how to nourish myself properly, how to build balanced meals, and how food choices affect health, energy and wellbeing. A vegan diet can’t be improvised: it’s not just about removing animal products. That experience ultimately inspired me to study plant-based nutrition. In 2023, I relocated to Valencia and committed fully to what I felt most passionate about: helping others navigate vegan nutrition in a way that is healthy, realistic and sustainable.

My approach to vegan nutrition

I work with people who want clarity, not another plan they won’t follow.

I don’t provide rigid meal plans, because most people don’t stick to them long term. Instead, I help you:

  • improve your current eating habits step-by-step
  • understand how to build a balanced vegan diet
  • avoid common nutrient deficiencies (such as B12 or iron)
  • make changes that feel achievable, not overwhelming

Weight loss is a common goal, but it’s never approached through restriction. The focus is always on nourishment, balance, and habits you can maintain beyond the short term.

My mission & values

My mission is to help people thrive on a vegan diet, regardless of why they chose it.

I believe in:

  • sustainability over perfection
  • education over restriction
  • progress over quick fixes
  • health that supports real life, not controls it

You don’t need to eat “perfectly” to eat well. You need guidance, understanding, and support that respects your lifestyle and values.

How I can help you

People work with me when they want to:

  • transition to a vegan or plant-based diet with confidence
  • eat a more balanced vegan diet and avoid deficiencies
  • support sustainable weight loss on a vegan diet
  • feel less confused by conflicting nutrition advice
  • build long-term habits rather than rely on short-term plans

Consultations are online, mainly Europe-based but open worldwide, and available in English or French.
