Working with me is a collaborative process. There’s no judgement, no rigid rules, and no one-size-fits-all approach.
We focus on:

All consultations take place online, so you can work with me wherever you’re based.
Pricing details are shared by email prior to booking, once we’ve discussed your goals and what level of support would suit you best.
Free Discovery Call
A good connection with your nutritionist is essential. That’s why I offer a free discovery call: a short, informal conversation to see if working together feels right.
During this call, you can:
- ask any questions
- talk through your goals and challenges
- understand how I work and what support could look like
There’s no obligation to continue.
Format: Video call or telephone
Duration: 15 minutes
Initial Assessment
The first consultation is the starting point for all new clients.
During this session, we’ll explore:
- your goals and expectations
- your current diet, habits, and lifestyle
- your health history and any relevant challenges
From there, I’ll help you identify priorities and outline a personalised plan we can build on together — focused on sustainability, not perfection.
Format: Video call or telephone
Duration: up to 90 minutes
Follow-up Sessions
Follow-up sessions are where change is supported and refined.
These sessions allow us to:
- review progress and challenges
- adjust recommendations to fit your real life
- work through obstacles as they arise
- reassess goals if needed
The frequency of follow-ups is decided together, based on your needs and preferences.
Format: Video call or telephone
Duration: either 30 or 60 minutes
