Consultations
Yes, all consultations are exclusively online, in the comfort of your own home rather than in a clinic.
You can choose whether you want to:
- talk over the phone (via WhatsApp call – access to Wi-Fi required)
- chat online via a video call (via Google Meet – no installation required)
A typical initial consultation will take about 1 hour 30 minutes and follow-up (review) consultations take 50-60 minutes.
Yes, of course. They include the initial assessment plus follow-up sessions, with the option to add extra support later if needed. I’ll gladly send you the full pricing details by email on request.
Short answer: no. You don’t need a doctor’s referral to book an appointment, but the downside is that you’re not eligible for any rebate or refund from your health insurance.
Please give at least 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before or fail to attend your appointment, the fee will unfortunately not be refunded, due to the preparation time involved in planning for our appointment. However, individual circumstances will be considered.
If you’re a new client and we’ve never talked before, I would suggest to book a free discovery call first (10-20 minutes) to discuss your goals and confirm we’re a good fit. Just pick the best date & time suitable for you via this link. If we then decide to work together, you can book your first consultation for an initial assessment directly with me.
If you’re an existing client: we will book together a follow-up session as many times as you need, either at the end of the session or by email.
Fees are payable in full at the time of booking, at least 48 hours before the day of the consultation.
Scope of Practice
I offer consultations by phone or video calls on Monday to Friday, from 10:00 to 18:00 CET (which is UTC/GMT+1).
If this time range is not suitable for you because of your time zone, feel free to contact me (using the contact form or by email) so we can try to arrange a suitable time.
Consultations can be done in English or in French.
Not necessarily. I encourage everyone to eat more plant foods, whether they’re currently vegan or not.
Working with me can address concerns such as:
- Getting enough protein sources on a vegan diet
- Avoiding deficiencies in vitamin B12, iron, and other essential nutrients
- Weight management on a vegan diet
- Transitionning to a vegan diet (whether you’re currently vegetarian, flexitarian or even omnivore)
- Getting a guided nutrition support to ensure a fulfilling and healthy vegan journey
I completed a comprehensive online course at ecodemy to become a certified vegan nutritionist.
I’m not a doctor or a registered dietician, therefore it is important to note that my service does not serve to cure or alleviate any diseases or their symptoms and does not include individual counselling in the case of an illness. In the event of any illness-related complaints, please contact your doctor or a registered dietician.
No, nutrition advice can differ a lot for pregnant women, infants and children so I would suggest to see a nutritionist specialised in this category.
No. If you have a chronic disease (e.g. diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, IBS, …etc) or an eating disorder, please contact your doctor or a registered dietician.
If you’re unsure if I can help you, feel free to contact me so we can discuss your situation.
